55^th Street” is Adapta’s newest program.  Home to individuals 55 years of age and older, 55^th Street’s unique set up can serve a broader population of care needs.  55^th Street has an abundance of outdoor space and large gardens.  The back patio is where you will find many of the individuals at 55^th Street.
