Manor House is a community based residential home
Home to four individuals, Manor House was the first community based residential home at Adapta. Adapta holds a 245D-HCBS program license and are licensed to provide Intensive Support Services. Because of Adapta’s unique set-up, individuals living at Manor House have access to the same services and benefits as individuals at Folwell Flats, while living in a smaller home.
