Our Staff
Support services for individuals living with symptoms of brain injury & mental health conditions

Adapta staff are passionate about the individuals they serve. Based on the belief that people start healing the moment they feel heard, their staff listen to the needs of individuals served. All staff meet the minimum education requirements in addition to year-round trainings specific to the population served. Additionally, all staff received monthly case consultation and symptom management guidance from Zumbro Valley Health Center. We come from a variety of backgrounds, educations, and experiences—just as our residents do. Our strength as a staff is found in our diversity.

Adapta is operated by a Board of Directors under the management of their Executive Director, Kasi Haglund. Kasi is also licensed by the Board of Social Work. Additional staff include a Director of Social Services, Registered Nurse, Community Integration Coordinator, and Office Manager.

Adapta’s wonderful Direct Support Staff are the strength of our agency. Our staff are specially trained and ready to promote independence and provide care with respect and integrity.
